You hold yourself to fairly high standards, sometimes higher even than other people will hold you to. This can sometimes lead to anxiety over your performance, but is generally unlikely to lead to depression. You are not very self-critical and do not get angry at yourself if you perform below your own expectation. You have a healthy attitude towards failure. You are good at isolating failure and not allowing it to effect other areas of your life. This helps you to avoid depression and to bolster your self esteem.
